hello joiryyde&&thanx so much :) brown sugar and sugar in the raw are WAY better for you. Bleaching it takes away all its naturalness! You should try to stay away from refined(or white) sugar because it can lead to rapid weight gain. white sugar is made up of simple carbs which your body turns into glucose if it’s not used for energy. And high levels of glucose in your bloodstream may contribute to the onset of diabetes.
pork bacon < veggie bacon or turkey bacon potato chips < veggie chips or plantain chips white bread < multi-grain bread or oat bread sour cream < guess what? you can’t taste the difference between regular and fat free sour cream! jelly < normally things with less sugar taste gross because Splenda is added, but “reduced sugar” jelly tastes just as good as regular jelly!
